- No. ChallanSathi is an independent service. We use authorised data sources to look up your challans and a real team settles them on your behalf.
- What does it cost?
- Government fine plus our flat ChallanSathi service fee, which depends on the type of challan. The exact total — including any state-specific overrides for complex matters — is shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
- What if a challan cannot be settled?
- If our team determines a challan is unsettleable, the service fee for that challan is refunded to the same payment method. No questions.
- How long does settlement take?
- Most normal challans land within 3 – 5 working days. Court challans depend on the next listing in your state — we give you the realistic date upfront.
- Will I get proof?
- Yes. The case status updates in your dashboard, and you receive an SMS the moment the challan is officially cleared.
